What is the Work Environment like?

On a typical morning you can hear music from the walls and see people working together on setting goals or practicing their presentation skills.
What if I don't have any experience?
Experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right candidates. From a traditional classroom style to hands on in the field- all entry level candidates will be provided extensive training in all areas. For our Management Trainees, they will be provided mentorship and cross training to develop the skills needed for management.
How long does it take to advance?
How hard are you willing to work? How bad do you want it? How motivated are you? These questions will determine how long someone would take to advance as it is based on individual performance. Our merit based growth allows highly motivated and dedicated team members the opportunity to determine their own progression.
Why is this type of marketing more effective than others?
No matter how far technology goes, it will never replace a handshake and smile. Creating a personal relationship with the customer, building their trust, and providing them with individual presentations is what our clients rely on us for. With a universal training model we are able to get into markets quicker, bringing our clients results immediately. We are also able to reach specific target markets traditional marketing can miss.
