EMS Inc. has developed a dynamic training program designed to individually develop each Account Manager first with our sales system, but more importantly developing the entrepreneurial skills and habits making them successful managers in our organization. This education and development program that is systematic but individualized for each rep is essential for the company to continue to grow, satisfying our clients’ demand for expansion into new major markets.

We believe to have a strong company we must start with a strong team of people. Internal training is the key to the consistency and strength we have at EMS. We believe in training individuals in all areas regardless of previous experience.

 


 Training includes:

- Corporate classroom training

- Hands on field training

- Public speaking lessons

Account Manager- 

The Account Manager position is the first phase of our Management Trainee Program. An Account Manager is trained on the specifics of the client and campaign that we work with. Our Entry-Level Account Manager is involved in gaining market share for our client through marketing, face to face consulting, sales, research, and much more.

During training, an Account Manager will learn skills that are invalueable and essential in any business. These skills include strengthened communications, strong work ethics, interacting with business customers, public speaking, time management, and overall professionalism.
  

 

Corporate Trainer-

Upon completion of the entry level phase in the Management Training Program, an Account Manager will be promoted in the role of a Corporate Trainer, which is the 2nd phase in the program. Our corporate trainers are trained in areas of relationship building techniques, the training and development of others, interviewing skills, and leadership skills.

Because we believe firmly in promoting only from with in, our corporate trainers have the opportunity to advance to assistant management or even further, to management, with proven performance.

 

Assistant Manager-

Now that our Corporate Trainer's have acquired the necessary skills to become a successful team leader, their skills are utilized within the office. During the 3rd phase of our Management Training Program, our Assistant Manager  will learn to interview candidates, run meetings, manage a team of people, and all of the day to day administrative processes ( handling phone calls, recruitment/selection, compensation/benefits, payroll, etc.) 

 

Management-

After successfully completing the first 3 phases of the Management Training Program, there is only one step left: Management! All of the skills acquired in the first 3 phases of the program will be put to test.  Responsibilities of a manager include territory management, team development, market production, training, client relations, recruitment, and day to day planning.

 

 

Time Lines
EMS Inc. has developed a training program with definite time lines and goals so each Entry Level rep understands exactly what results need to be achieved to earn each promotion within the organization. All promotions are based on merit and tangible result driven goals that must be met. We have created a meritocracy where each rep will get out of the program what they put in. Training is a never ending process; the goal would be to continue to lead the industry in the development of our people allowing us to continue to expand.
